Job Description

As the Executive Assistant supporting the SVP, you will:

  • Providing full administrative support to the SVP
  • Managing correspondence via email and post
  • Coordinating meetings and managing executives' schedules
  • Preparing essential reports and presentations
  • Implementing and maintaining administrative systems
  • Handling confidential documents and information with discretion
  • Managing travel arrangements and expenses for executives
  • Performing other relevant duties as assigned

The Successful Applicant

A successful Executive Assistant should have:

  • A strong educational background in Business Administration or a related field
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the Business Services industry
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other administrative software
  • Adept at multitasking and prioritising tasks
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
