Role Overview
  • Location: London (hybrid)
  • Package: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Own executive calendars, travel, and day-to-day coordination across multiple time zones.
  • Act as the first point of contact for leadership, handling communications with authority and discretion.
  • Anticipate needs, flag challenges early, and keep priorities moving without bottlenecks.
  • Prepare leadership for meetings, board discussions, and investor updates.
  • Manage sensitive documents, contracts, and reports with complete confidentiality.
  • Track deliverables and follow-ups across teams to ensure alignment.
  • Organise leadership meetings, offsites, and high-profile events.
  • Champion company culture by supporting clarity, focus, and efficiency at the top level.
