Our client, Walgreens Boots Alliance are hiring an Executive Assistant in London.

Are you a highly organised, proactive Executive Assistant with a background in legal support? We’re looking for someone exceptional to join Walgreen Boots Alliance’s Legal team and provide high-level support to the SVP, International General Counsel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for senior leaders across the group, both locally and globally.
  • Manage complex calendars, travel, and accommodation arrangements with efficiency and discretion.
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations for key meetings.
  • Support the review and management of sensitive legal documents.
  • Prioritise tasks and help the SVP focus on what matters most to the business.
  • Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with professionalism.
  • Build strong relationships with Legal team members, divisional EAs, and stakeholders across the business.
  • Collaborate with other EAs to ensure seamless cover during absences.
  • Handle queries from internal teams and external organisations with confidence and clarity.

Key skills & experience required:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally in a legal environment or law firm.
  • Degree in a legal field (e.g. law or paralegal studies).
  • Strong legal knowledge and experience handling confidential documents.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Outstanding organisational and diary management abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and stay calm under pressure.
  • Confident decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
