A leading commercial space provider in London seeks an Executive Assistant to support the CEO and Property Director. This role involves comprehensive administrative tasks, event planning, and managing a small team. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of executive support experience, exceptional organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. ROLEPURPOSE
The Executive Assistant provides comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and the Property Director, ensuring efficient operations and effective communication within the organisation. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities typical of an Executive Assistant, including designing and coordinating internal and external events as required, and overseeing a team of two. Exceptional organisational skills are essential to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions
