Your new company
This business is a FTSE-listed multinational pharmaceutical company that focuses on the manufacturing and development of pharmaceutical-related products. With offices in London's West End, they have had a vacancy arise for an Executive Assistant to join their team to support senior leaders throughout a period of sick leave.

Your new role

As an Executive Assistant within the business, this role is anticipated to include the following:

  • Comprehensive support to an Executive Vice President and members of the Investor Relations team,
  • Travel organisation throughout the EMEA region and the United States,
  • Meeting coordination and diary management,
  • Events/roadshow organisation for the second half of the calendar year,
  • Processing expenses,
  • Liaising with the international EA team and offices abroad.
What you'll need to succeed

Prior experience as an Executive Assistant supporting at a senior level is a necessity. Experience within the Investor Relations arm of a business would be a bonus.
