We operate across all major social platforms, including Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, Instagram, and YouTube. Our mission is to give the youth generation a voice by building communities that laugh, think, and act.

Role Overview

We are seeking an exceptionally driven and committed Executive Assistant to provide outstanding support to our Chief Revenue Officer, Chief Operations Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Business Officer. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless coordination across these key executives, enabling them to focus on driving the organisation’s strategic goals. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment where plans can change in an instant, with flexibility and proactiveness being key.

What the opportunity looks like

  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries across multiple time zones.
  • Respond to meeting requests, redirect them when appropriate, set agendas, and follow up on action items.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and their teams, serving as a professional and approachable representative.
  • Prioritise the well-being and success of the Executive team in every decision made.
  • Ensure the entire Executive Team and the Founder/CEO are operating efficiently and seamlessly.
  • Build strong relationships with key external stakeholders, ensuring all client-facing interactions are of the highest professionalism.
  • Plan and organise client-facing events, including managing the O2 suite, overseeing ticket distribution, and serving as the primary point of contact for event logistics.
  • Establish and maintain an efficient and confidential filing and retrieval system for all documents relevant to the Executive team.
  • Provide comprehensive and ad-hoc support to the team and the overall organisation.

Skills and experience we’d like you to have

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting multiple executives in a fast-paced environment.
  • A deep understanding of LADbible Group and enthusiasm for its future and trajectory.
  • Comfortability to work in accordance with the Executive team’s diary and being in the office four days a week, or as needed.
  • Flexibility to travel and work outside of core hours when required, sometimes at short notice.
  • The ability to adapt quickly to changes in priorities and communicate adjustments effectively.
  • Strong event planning and coordination experience, ideally in high-profile or client-facing settings.
  • The ability to maintain strong relationships and clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills to manage multiple requests efficiently.
  • A high level of professionalism, discretion, and interpersonal skills.

LADbible Group is an equal opportunities employer. We are determined to create a diverse group at all levels of our company and we welcome all members of the community to apply for openings with us. As the leading social youth publisher, we have a powerful global platform to better represent our audience and enable those that do not have equal opportunities to have their voices heard. As a business, we are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce, in an environment where everyone feels comfortable to be themselves.
