Job description

Join us as an Executive Assistant to support 2 Managing Directors within Senior Relationship Management, providing administrative support to the wider team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to assist the Senior Relationship Management Team within Barclays Investment Banking Division. You will work within a team of Executive Assistants to support Front Office personnel, including extensive diary management, expense submissions, travel arrangements, event organization, and budget management. A high degree of proactivity and forward planning is required. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience coordinating complex international travel and maintaining busy calendars. Meticulous attention to detail and prior experience in a client-facing role are essential.

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage diaries for 2 Managing Directors.
  • Coordinate international travel and detailed itineraries.
  • Communicate with clients (mainly C-suite) and public figures on behalf of MD and SRM team.
  • Act as a delegate for MD on various tasks.
  • Perform administrative tasks including expenses, note-taking, and proofreading.

Essential Skills

  • Proven Executive Assistant experience at Senior Management level or in a client-facing role.
  • Experience coordinating complex international travel.
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
