Executive Assistant (Part-Time) – Central London (Hybrid)

This is a Interim role for 6 months initially.

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to support the senior leadership of a growing real estate business. This is a part-time, hybrid role based in Central London, offering flexibility in working pattern. This is a Interim role for 6 months initially.

Role Type: Part-Time (2–4 days per week, depending on availability)

Location: Central London (Hybrid)

Working Pattern: Flexible – open to 2 full days or half days Monday to Thursday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide dedicated executive support to senior leadership, including complex diary and inbox management, meeting coordination, and handling confidential correspondence
  • Schedule and prepare for internal and external meetings, including creating agendas, compiling reports, taking minutes, and following up on action points
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for property site visits, investor meetings, and industry events
  • Prepare high-quality presentations, documents, and briefing packs for use in board meetings, investor relations, and business development
  • Liaise with clients, investors, legal and property partners, acting as a professional and reliable point of contact
  • Support with light office and operational management duties – including managing virtual tools, software subscriptions, and occasional coordination with suppliers or property contractors
  • Maintain well-organised digital files and internal documentation related to property portfolios, deals, and stakeholder communication
  • Assist with ad hoc projects, research, and administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the business

Requirements:
