Job description

A leading private equity firm in the West End requires a highly capable EA to support their executive team on a permanent basis.

This is a fast-paced role within a great firm with a fabulous culture and it is fully onsite Monday - Friday with flexibility required. Competitive salary with discretionary bonus and great benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complex and ever-changing diary management for multiple executives
  • Arranging extensive global travel, making hotel and restaurant arrangements
  • Organising events and conferences
  • Assisting with projects as required.
  • Assisting with personal work as required
  • Expense management

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience supporting multiple senior executives within a fast paced private equity or investment firm is essential
  • Highly organised, proactive and able to pre-empt issues before they arise.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and able to liaise effectively with senior stakeholders both internal and external
  • Able to work efficiently within a fast-paced environment without losing accuracy
  • Excellent MS Office skills and ability to pick up new systems
