About The Role
This is a high-level support role, acting as the single point of contact for our largest elite client and the lawyers across service lines and offices supporting that client.
Key Responsibilities
Client relationship management
- General client care: working with client-specific protocols and processes, handling basic queries, updating protocols as needed.
- Identifying efficiencies and service improvements.
- Client calls: managing messages, responding to inquiries, providing information.
- Business development: liaising with the team, managing relevant data, supporting pitches and presentations.
- Handling non-legal queries as the central contact point.
Administrative/Client Work
- Managing priorities and deadlines.
- File management and record-keeping.
- Document production (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ensuring data accuracy.
- Time recording.
- Team administration: supporting diary management, travel arrangements, meeting preparations.
- Supporting work allocation within the team.
- Managing training programs and liaising on key client meetings.
- Administer Power of Attorney documentation.
Financial
- Coordinating invoice schedules and assisting with billing queries.
- Supporting finance-related tasks.
Team/Compliance
- Arranging team meetings and minute-taking.
- Updating status reports.
- Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

- Experience in legal or professional services environment.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.

- Knowledge of document/case management systems.
