Location: Central London

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leaders in a fast-paced engineering and infrastructure company. The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver with excellent communication skills, capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and discretion.

Key Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, PA, or Office Manager (preferably in engineering, construction, or rail).
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, able to juggle deadlines and dynamic schedules.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (client-facing experience is a plus).
  • High attention to detail, especially when handling reports, travel, and compliance documents.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment.
Highly Desirable
  • Experience with CRM systems or B2B/client management.
  • Knowledge of railway standards (e.g., Network Rail, Sentinel) or ISO certifications (9001/45001).
  • Background in sales support or business administration.
Role & Responsibilities
  • Diary & Travel Management: Schedule meetings, site visits, and travel (flights, hotels, rail).
  • Document Preparation: Draft, format, and proofread reports, presentations, and tenders.
  • Project Support: Track key contracts, compile performance reports (KPIs, audits), and assist with project setup/closeout.
  • Client & Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate communications with clients, suppliers, and partners.
  • Office Coordination: Handle onboarding, training sessions, and compliance documentation.
