Job Description

  • Providing administrative support to the team to ensure efficient operations.
  • Managing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and physical mail.
  • Assisting in organising meetings, conferences, and team events.
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and other key documents.
  • Coordinating with various departments and external stakeholders.
  • Handling sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
  • Supporting with additional tasks as required by the team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Executive Assistant should have:

  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role, ideally within the financial service or public sector.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience of diary and email management along with minute taking.
