In this role, you'll take ownership of optimising your Director's time by managing schedules, filtering distractions, and ensuring key meetings and materials are well-prepared. You'll coordinate seamless travel and expense arrangements, handle inbox and deadline management, and support the collation of high-quality reports and communications. You will take meeting notes and record actions at key meetings and follow up with your Director's team to ensure these actions are completed. You'll also navigate internal systems confidently, supporting financial and administrative tasks while ensuring all processes align with company policies. Executive Assistants across the PfP Group are part of a development network with training, team building and dedicated communications, sponsored by the Head of CEO Office.
You'll be based from our Preston South Rings office 2-3 days each week and you can be based at home or in the office on the other days. You would be required to travel across the UK on average two days per month, which may require occasional overnight stays. In which case your travel and accommodation would be funded (subject to the travel and expenses policy).
