As an IC24 Executive Assistant, you'll provide high-level organisational and administrative support to our Executive Team, helping ensure their time, priorities and commitments are managed effectively. You'll play a vital role in supporting senior leaders, enabling them to focus on delivering strategic priorities that benefit our patients, colleagues and services.
This is a role where organisation, professionalism and attention to detail are essential. One moment you could be coordinating diaries and managing competing priorities, the next, could be supporting senior meetings.
Managed by the Executive Manager, you will work closely with our other Executive Assistant in supporting the Executive Directors, senior leaders and stakeholders across the business, you'll become a trusted partner who keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
No two days are the same, and you'll thrive on bringing structure, organisation and calm to a fast-paced environment.
This role is ideal for an experienced Executive Assistant who enjoys working at pace, managing multiple priorities and building productive relationships with senior stakeholders.
Experience within healthcare, urgent care, the NHS or a complex regulated environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
At IC24, we know that great support functions are critical to delivering outstanding patient care.
You’ll join a collaborative and values-driven organisation where your contribution is recognised and where you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders across a growing social enterprise. You’ll be trusted to make a meaningful impact while developing your skills and experience in a supportive environment.
As a leading not-for-profit social enterprise, everything we do is focused on improving care for patients while creating an organisation where colleagues feel valued, supported and empowered to succeed.
Every day, our people help patients access the care they need, when they need it most.
This role isn’t for everyone.
You’ll be supporting busy senior leaders whose priorities can change quickly. You’ll need to be comfortable juggling multiple tasks, handling confidential information and working proactively to anticipate needs before they arise.
There will be times when tight deadlines, corporate priorities and competing demands require flexibility and resilience. Success in this role requires exceptional organisation, sound judgement and the confidence to operate independently while maintaining a high standard of support.
What can’t be taught is a proactive mindset, attention to detail and a genuine commitment to helping others succeed.
If that sounds like you, we’ll provide the support and opportunities to help you build a rewarding career with us.
