About The Opportunity
As an Administrative Assistant you will be pivotal in ensuring the efficient functioning of the office while providing essential support to the CEO. Your role will encompass a blend of personal assistance, office management, compliance, human resources administration, and event coordination. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the CEO.
- Preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for meetings.
- Overseeing daily office operations and maintaining an organised work environment.
- Managing the office budget and tracking expenses.
- Processing insurance claims and ensuring compliance with policies.
- Assisting with HR-related administration, including contracts and onboarding.
- Coordinating staff events and team-building activities.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Proven experience in an EA, administrative or office management role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Drive and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A high level of discretion and confidentiality.
