About The Opportunity

As an Administrative Assistant you will be pivotal in ensuring the efficient functioning of the office while providing essential support to the CEO. Your role will encompass a blend of personal assistance, office management, compliance, human resources administration, and event coordination. Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the CEO.
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for meetings.
  • Overseeing daily office operations and maintaining an organised work environment.
  • Managing the office budget and tracking expenses.
  • Processing insurance claims and ensuring compliance with policies.
  • Assisting with HR-related administration, including contracts and onboarding.
  • Coordinating staff events and team-building activities.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in an EA, administrative or office management role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Drive and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A high level of discretion and confidentiality.
