Due to the increasing demands on our Managing Director, we are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide essential support and streamline business operations.

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support our Managing Director by managing schedules, prioritising workloads, and ensuring seamless communication across departments. This is a part-time, on-site role that requires a highly efficient and detail-oriented professional who can act as a gatekeeper, maintain organisation, and enhance productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling & Diary Management:Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, coordinate meetings, and ensure optimal time management.
  • Email Management:Monitor, prioritise, and respond to emails, ensuring important communications are addressed efficiently.
  • Workload Prioritisation:Assist in structuring and prioritising tasks for the Managing Director to improve productivity and focus.
  • Leadership Follow-Up & Monitoring Delivery:Track key initiatives, follow up on action items, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Department Prioritisation & Delivery:Liaise with different departments to streamline workflows and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Key Accounts Communication:Act as a point of contact for key clients and partners, ensuring smooth and professional interactions.
  • Gatekeeping:Manage access to the Managing Director, ensuring only essential matters reach their attention while filtering out distractions.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and take initiative.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably within a start-up or high-growth company.
