Job description

Executive Assistant

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive EA to join a small collaborative team within a Financial Services business. This role will provide dedicated support up to 3 Directors across calendar and diary management, travel coordination and meeting preparation. You will be an agile and highly organised individual, with strong communication skills, high attention to detail and natural sense of curiosity.

Location: London

Permanent, Full-time

Salary: £45-50K

Office Hours: 9am to 6pm– 5 days/week in office


WHAT YOU’LL DO

As part of a nimble and high-performing team, the key responsibilities of this role will include:

  1. Complex diary management and meeting coordination
  2. Arranging all local and international travel, including flights, accommodation and transportation
  3. Documentation production, scanning and general administrative tasks
  4. Expense reporting and credit card reconciliations
  5. CRM management and maintenance
  6. Support with adhoc projects across the team

WHO YOU ARE

This role will suit proactive and self-sufficient individual, who is resourceful and naturally curious. You will have:

  1. 3+ years' experience in an executive support or team assistance role
  2. Strong initiative, with a proactive and forward-thinking approach
  3. Outstanding organisational skills to ensure smooth daily operations
  4. High attention to detail, with excellent written and verbal communication
  5. Ability to multitask, manage competing priorities and problem solve effectively
  6. Reliability to work autonomously while also working collaboratively in a small team
  7. Adaptability, with strong resilience and positive approach

This role comes with outstanding benefits, including annual bonus. The office is ideally located in Central London. Office hours are 9am to 6pm. This is a full-time permanent role, working five days/week in the office.
