Job description

Company Overview

You will be joining a very well-known, prestigious and highly regarded Media and Entertainment business as their Executive Assistant on a full-time, permanent basis. Part of a close-knit and high performing team, you will report directly into the Director/CEO who will be there to support your continued learning and development in the business. Based in their incredibly luxurious and modern City of London office at least 4 days a week, you will have the option to work from home 1 day per week. This role will involve frequent paid travel to European locations.

Role Responsibilities

  1. Provide high-level operational support to the Director/CEO.
  2. Act as executive liaison on direction of the Director/CEO between all stakeholders.
  3. Proactively manage correspondence and scheduling.
  4. Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  5. Research information to fill existing databases, focusing on Director CEO network management through the CRM.
  6. Draft and format communication and other documents on behalf of the CEO.
  7. Track items through project management tools.
  8. Maintain and streamline the Director/CEO's calendar and schedule meetings, travel, and high-profile engagements across multiple time zones.
  9. Provide the Director/CEO with packs for events.
  10. Oversee the Director/CEO's expense reporting/invoicing/document organisation.
  11. Assist with operational aspects of events and projects.

Role Requirements

In order to succeed in this role, you will need to have at least 3-5 years of experience in a Senior EA, Chief of Staff or similar high-level support role, preferably within the media, art, technology or luxury retail sectors. You will be an incredibly organised individual with outstanding communication skills and a fantastic work ethic. You will be a highly composed, adaptable and proactive individual with excellent attention to detail and an enthusiastic attitude. You will have familiarity with project management tools, CRM systems and database software. You will possess the ability to work as part of a team and independently.

In Return

You will receive an annual salary of up to £55,000 + Bonus + Benefits and this package will be regularly reviewed to remain in line with market rate. You will be joining a very well-established and prestigious organisation that can provide amazing future progression opportunities. You will have the option to work from home 1 day a week, in line with the firms hybrid working model.
