Executive Assistant – Private Equity & Real Estate

London | 4 days in office

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a polished and proactive Executive Assistant to support a high-performing team within the Private Equity and Real Estate sector. This role will provide support from Partner to Director level and requires a candidate who is confident, highly organised, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Complex diary management across multiple time zones
  2. International travel coordination, including visas and detailed itineraries
  3. Preparation of documents, reports, and presentations
  4. Acting as a key point of contact and gatekeeper for senior stakeholders
  5. Processing and reconciling expenses and handling general administration
  6. Providing support on team projects and wider business initiatives
Skills & Experience Required:
  1. Previous experience supporting senior leadership within a corporate environment
  2. Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage changing priorities
  3. High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  5. Strong relationship-building skills with a professional and discreet approach
  6. Confident using Microsoft Office and scheduling platforms
