Job description

Executive Assistant – Temporary Role (Immediate Start)

We’re looking for a confident and experienced Executive Assistant to join a busy Corporate Affairs team within an NHS Trust based in Great Yarmouth. This is a temporary contract for 3 months initially, with the potential to be extended or even made permanent.

Start date: ASAP

Pay rate: £16.42 per hour

Location: Great Yarmouth

Holiday entitlement: 35 days annual leave plus bank holidays (pro rata)

About the role:

You’ll be supporting senior leadership with a mix of admin and secretarial tasks - managing diaries and emails, coordinating meetings, taking minutes, and handling confidential correspondence. You’ll be part of a small, collaborative team and will need to be comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.

  • Strong admin experience at senior/executive level
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Confident minute taker and diary manager
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
