An established industry player is seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support its Membership Team in Farnborough. This full-time role involves managing the Membership Director's schedule, addressing member inquiries, and maintaining the CRM system. ADS represent 1400+ organisations in the UK, the people in charge of managing all this are our fantastic membership team. They need a little extra help, so we are looking for an Executive Assistant to join us in Farnborough to provide support to make sure that we are able to provide best in class service.
Reporting to the ADS Membership Director, the Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant is responsible for providing a comprehensive, confidential and professional support service in all aspects concerned with the efficient and successful operation of the ADS Membership Team.

This full-time role is based in Farnborough; however, occasional travel may be required.
What do you need to be successful?
Although this is primarily a Monday – Friday 37.5 hour a week role, you may need to be available for events on evenings and weekends.
