The Role

We’re hiring an Executive Assistant to support our General Partner and keep core operations running smoothly. You will manage the GP’s calendar, inbox, communication, travel, and admin; coordinate document flow and signatures; and support office management and internal processes. This is a high-trust, fast-paced, in-person role based in our Notting Hill office.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills; written Italian is a strong plus.
  • Outstanding organisation skills, attention to detail, discretion, and sound judgement.
  • 3+ years in EA/Chief of Staff/Operations or similar roles.
