A leading boutique consultancy is seeking a highly organised and detail-driven Executive Assistant to join one of their busiest and leading practice. This is a fast-paced, client-facing role where you’ll be at the heart of the each client process, ensuring assignments run seamlessly from pitch to placement.

The Executive Assistant Role

  • Manage the full lifecycle of multiple projects, working closely with the team to deliver on client briefs
  • Prepare high-quality client documentation, proposals, and reports with flawless attention to detail
  • Act as the primary liaison for clients throughout the process, always ensuring exceptional service
  • Coordinate research, scheduling, and interview logistics for multiple ongoing assignments
  • Support business development initiatives, including pitch materials and follow-up actions

The Ideal Executive Assistant

  • Experience in a high-pressure, multi-project environment, ideally within consultancy, executive search, or professional services
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities with ease
  • Flawless written and verbal communication, with a strong eye for detail and accuracy
