About Our Client

Our client is a market leader within the Financial Services sector, providing an exceptional service. Due to continued evolution, they are looking for an Executive Assistant to support the MD and his senior leadership team.

Job Description

Duties of the Executive Assistant:

  • Provide comprehensive operational and strategic support to the MD
  • Manage and coordinate schedules and appointments.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of business reports.
  • Coordinate and facilitate board meetings.
  • Plan and run company events.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense reports.
  • Prepare presentations as required.
  • Support the wider senior leadership and manage priorities accordingly.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Executive Assistant should have:

  • Experience supporting an MD or at C-suite level.
  • Strong resilience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
