They are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and discreet Executive Assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer. This key role requires strong multitasking skills, sound judgement, and the ability to manage confidential matters with professionalism.

Job Description:

In this role, you will provide high-level executive support to the CEO, working closely with the Executive and Senior Leadership Team to ensure smooth operations, effective communication, and strong organisational coordination across the business, while helping the CEO stay focused on key strategic priorities.

  • Oversee the CEO’s schedule, coordinating meetings, travel, and key commitments
  • Compile and prepare materials such as agendas, presentations, and background notes
  • Join meetings where required and ensure agreed actions are completed on time
  • Act as the primary liaison for senior contacts and business partners
  • Manage written communication, reports, and documentation on behalf of the CEO
  • Work closely with the leadership team to maintain effective communication and workflow
  • Assist in monitoring progress on strategic projects and organisational priorities
  • Handle sensitive matters and confidential information with professionalism
  • Track deadlines and ensure tasks and deliverables are met efficiently
  • Manage administrative systems, expense processes, and documentation, improving efficiency where possible

Experience Required:

  • Previous experience providing senior-level executive or board support
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Confident minute-taking and preparation of board and leadership meeting materials
  • Skilled in managing complex diaries, travel arrangements, and confidential correspondence
  • Advanced use of Microsoft Office, including Teams and SharePoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to prioritise effectively and remain composed under pressure
  • Proactive problem-solver with initiative
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Professional, discreet, and approachable team player
