Executive Assistant

My client who works within the financial services industry is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone with the right skill set and passion to join a fantastic team.

Key Details:

  1. Monday to Friday - standard office hours.
  2. Permanent contract.
  3. Salary ranging from £25,000 - £35,000.
  4. 34 days holiday.
  5. Pension matched at 8%.

Duties and Experience:
  1. This multifaceted role will provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management and ensure the smooth running of the office.
  2. Board and senior leadership governance, including minute taking, preparing and distributing presentations, and action tracking.
  3. Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  4. Managing and maintaining office supplies and non-technical equipment.
  5. Lead on the development of existing internal communication practices and social committee management.
  6. Processing expenses, invoices, and purchase orders for executive and office spend.
  7. Assisting with budget management.
  8. Must have experience working in an Executive Assistant role or as a senior administrator.
  9. Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  10. Experience in a Financial Services environment would be an advantage.
  11. Experience with SharePoint documents and communication sites.
