About the role:

As a Tax Projects Executive Assistant, you will be the key support of the tax team, providing high-level administrative and project support. This is a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our tax projects, ultimately assisting our clients in their journey.

Other duties Include:

  • Provide an excellent client service experience to visiting clients and third parties by facilitating on-site meetings, including welcoming guests and ensuring their comfort.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings to optimise the efficiency of the tax team.
  • Follow established job workflow processes to ensure timely completion of actions, preventing delays for chargeable staff.
  • Act as a liaison between Oldfield, our clients, and third parties for information requests and meeting bookings, ensuring effective communication and that all parties are kept informed.
  • Develop regular reports to monitor project progress, addressing any off-track projects promptly during team meetings.
  • Assist in prioritising daily workflow and operations to ensure maximum performance and minimal delays.

About You:

You will be a proactive individual with exceptional organisational skills and a keen eye for detail, with ideally 2 3 years of experience in a similar role. To thrive in this fast-paced environment, you will need to be proficient in the MS Office suite, able to handle confidential matters with discretion, and approach each task with a solution-driven mindset. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to effectively connect with team members and clients at all levels, while your ability to self-motivate ensures that you consistently deliver high-quality work.
