Executive Assistant to Managing Director & Leadership Team
Location: Andoversford, Cheltenham, GL54 4LB
Hours: Full-time or Part-time (Flexible for the right candidate)
Salary: £25k+ (depending on experience)

We are a fast-growing embroidery and print business with big ambitions. With a growing team of 20+ , we’re entering an exciting phase of expansion into new markets, products, and digital channels.
We’re looking for a proactive, highly organised Executive Assistant to support our Director & senior leadership team to help drive the business forward by ensuring time, energy, and focus stay firmly on growth and innovation.
As Executive Assistant to the director, you'll be the key person behind the scenes who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. You'll help keep the business running smoothly by handling all the operational tasks that take away from sales, marketing, partnerships, and strategic leadership.
Some Key Responsibilities:
Proactively manage diary, scheduling, travel, and appointments.
Triage emails, draft responses, and handle communications to protect time and focus.
Prepare meeting briefs, take notes, and follow up on action items.
Coordinate internal projects (e.g., new product launches, content shoots, marketing campaigns).
Handle personal admin and logistics (when required).
Support social media content planning, uploads, and event coordination.
Handle basic HR systems inc onboarding, working with our external partner.
Support accounts team with invoicing & statements (when required)
Co-ordinate staff expenses & holidays.
Compute staff orders & co-ordinate trade & credit applications effectively.
Must haves:
Exceptionally organised with laser-sharp attention to detail.
Tech-savvy and comfortable using the emerging "AI tools", project management apps, and social media.
A natural problem solver who can anticipate needs before they arise.
Discreet, professional, and able to manage sensitive information.
A self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
