Executive Assistant to CEO – Tech Consultancy. £65,000–£70,000 + Bonus

City of London. Friday WFH. 9-5:30pm. Inspiring and approachable CEO.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a polished, proactive, and commercially astute Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a high-growth, private equity-backed tech consultancy based in the City.

This is a true right-hand role at board level, offering broad exposure and variety. You’ll act as a trusted gatekeeper and advisor, ensuring the smooth running of the CEO’s day-to-day operations, supporting board and investor engagement, and taking the lead on internal and external events. You’ll also play a visible role in client and prospect interactions, providing business development support and representing the CEO with professionalism and warmth.

Key responsibilities:

  • Complex diary, travel, and inbox management across multiple time zones
  • Preparing board packs, presentations, reports and briefing notes
  • Organising and attending investor meetings, client events and leadership offsites
  • Welcoming and hosting clients and senior stakeholders
  • Supporting business development activity including CRM updates, research and client follow-up
  • Acting as a sounding board and strategic partner to the CEO

  • Extensive EA experience at CEO or C-suite level, ideally within a fast-paced, growing business
  • Confident, unflappable, and highly organised with excellent judgement
  • A natural communicator and relationship builder, able to liaise with senior internal and external stakeholders
