Job description

Are you a confident, self-managed PA who has a bubbly personality and knows how to add value? If so, this role could be the perfect fit.

We are recruiting for an Executive Assistant to work for one of our excellent, growing US law firms in the heart of the City near Liverpool Street.

They are looking for someone to join the team on a full time, permanent basis working Monday to Friday, 9:30-17:30. The role is paying very competitively depending on experience and offers hybrid working with 4 days in the office and 1 from home.

You will be working in the Corporate (Finance) team supporting successful fee-earners who are busy and known in their field.

They are looking for someone who has worked 5+ years in a secretarial/PA role at a top US/City law firm. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to work independently as well as in a team, be adaptable and self-managed, and have a can-do attitude!

Skills required:
  • Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
