Job description

A highly reputable investment banking and advisory firm based in the heart of Mayfair, seek a seasoned Executive Assistant to take on a 12 month fixed term contract. Whilst they can only hire on a 12 month FTC initially, the firm are growing and will present the opportunity to apply internally to permanent roles towards the end of the contract.

This role works in a fast paced department, who require a PA/EA with an investment banking background to take on a variety of tasks.

Hyrbid pattern: 4 in 1 home

You'll support a team consisting of a HoD, Bankers and Analysts by:

  • Managing complex diaries
  • Coordinating meetings
  • Organising global travel, preparing itineraries and travel documents
  • Managing in-boxes and client correspondence
  • Booking client lunches, dinners and other corporate entertainment
  • Producing presentations
  • Managing expenses for the team
  • Updating the company CRM
  • Providing telephone coverage
  • Other adhoc admin tasks and cover for other EAs when required

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience as a PA/EA in investment banking
  • Good knowledge of Visa's and travel requirements, with the ability to book complex multi-location trips
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Impeccable attention to detail
