Executive Assistant to Chief Brand and External Communications Officer
(FTC), Angel Court, London

Hybrid working (3 days per week in the office)
12 month fixed-term contract
Full-time, 35 hours per week

How you’ll help us make health happen

As Executive Assistant, you’ll provide high-level, confidential support to the Chief Brand and External Communications Officer. You’ll be trusted to manage a wide range of responsibilities, including:

  • Managing complex diaries, email inbox, meetings and travel across multiple time zones.
  • Preparing presentations, reports and board-level documents
  • Handling sensitive correspondence and acting as a key point of contact.
  • Coordinating internal and external meetings, including logistics and venues.
  • Supporting internal events (virtual and in-person) for 150+ delegates.
  • Managing expenses, invoices and budget tracking.
  • Maintaining accurate records, distribution lists and organisational charts.
  • Acting as a mentor to other assistants in the function.
  • Collaborating with other Executive Assistants and senior stakeholders across Bupa.
  • You’ll also play a key role in planning future meetings and supporting confidential projects.

What you'll bring

  • Strong experience as a PA or EA, supporting senior executives or board-level leaders.
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills – always thinking ahead.
  • Strong judgement and the confidence to make decisions on behalf of others when required.
  • A calm, solutions-focused mindset with great problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience managing events from start to finish.
  • Brilliant communication skills – written and verbal.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to multitask under pressure.
  • Discretion, diplomacy and resilience when handling sensitive information.
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to build strong relationships.
