We’re working with a fantastic company who are looking for a proactive and personable EA to support their senior leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative company where you’ll play a key role in enabling smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role
  • Provide complex diary management and coordinate internal and external meetings
  • Arrange international and domestic travel, including itineraries and logistics
  • Organise and oversee client events and assist with internal team socials
  • Take and distribute accurate meeting minutes and action points
  • Prepare, edit, and proofread presentations and documentation
  • Support with budget tracking and expense management
  • Manage company vehicle usage and maintenance schedules
About You
  • Proven experience supporting at senior leadership or board level
  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills
  • Personable, professional, and proactive in approach
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
