Job description

VPZ is a family run business with our head office in Edinburgh. We have grown from just 1 store in Edinburgh to over 180 stores across the whole of the UK and we’re not stopping there. We are known for setting and driving the standards within the vape industry and providing excellent product and sales training.

About the role:

Working closely with and reporting to our business owners, you will be responsible for executive support, advanced diary management, problem solving and troubleshooting within all areas of the business.

You will be a highly organised, detail focused professional who thrives in a fast paced environment. You will play a key role in optimising productivity while helping to oversee budgetary control, auditing, and financial housekeeping to maintain strong business performance.

Please note this role requires 5 days on site here at Newbridge, Edinburgh.

We are keen to speak to people who are proactive & solution driven, and eager to improve processes and drive efficiency. You will be comfortable with budget tracking and financial reporting to help maintain our operational accountability.
