Pertemps are recruiting an Executive Assistant to work with our Edinburgh based client.

Responsibilities :

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for executives, managing their schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
  2. Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including agenda preparation and logistics management
  3. Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of executives
  4. Conduct research, compile data, and prepare briefing materials as needed
  5. Manage executive expenses and assist with budget tracking and financial reporting
  6. Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information and matters
  7. Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, fostering positive relationships and clear communication channels

About You :

  1. Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives
  2. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and polished demeanor
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications
  5. Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and matters
  6. Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and situations
