Executive Assistant

0.8FTE, 29.6 hours per week

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to join the administrative team providing support to Senior Executives in the Vice-Chancellor's Office, at the heart of University Life. You will have excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a demanding workload along with good communication skills, both written and spoken. Comprehensive MS Office skills are essential, including Teams, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience of acting as a personal assistant at an executive level. More importantly, you will have highly attuned interpersonal skills and be confident and professional in dealing with confidential material and engaging with senior personnel, both within the University and the business and higher education communities.

This is an excellent opportunity working at the centre of transformation at the University. This is a permanent 0.8 FTE position.
