Job Description

As an Executive Assistant, you will support the Chairman in their day to day role for Together. You will provide proactive and strategic support in all dealings, assisting with and taking ownership of the company initiatives as well as reporting, planning, scheduling, and organising tasks to keep time and attention focused on company goals, objectives and priorities.

As an Executive Assistant, we are looking for someone to:

  • Manage inbox for Chairman, filtering mail and responding where appropriate
  • Manage the diary and hospitality services to ensure a professional and organised approach at all times
  • Assist with diary management for other Board Executives where appropriate.
  • Assist in organising company and external events (including summer party (1300 attendees), Board and Exec Spring Dinner (200 attendees), Exec Christmas Lunch, Company Christmas Party (500 attendees) Christmas pantomime (1000 attendees) and various ad hoc events
  • Organise all UK and overseas travel arrangements (including visas, accommodation, etc), providing agendas and travel itineraries
  • Provide an efficient correspondence management system for the Chairman
  • Assist with personal matters for the Chairman and family
  • Assist in organising corporate hospitality tickets
  • Liaise with Facilities to ensure the smooth management of company benefits, i.e. villas, motorhomes, etc.
  • Manage private car fleet ensuring details are up to date and in order (insurance, tax, etc).

Qualifications

Essential

  • A proven track record as a EA to C – Suite
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Attention to detail with strong time management and organisational skills
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach
  • Flexible and adaptable to change – able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Highly confidential
