Key accountabilities:
  1. Provide full and comprehensive administration support for members of the Executive team
  2. Complex, proactive and extensive diary management for multiple stakeholders
  3. Hotel and venue reservations and travel arrangements
  4. Developing presentations, spreadsheets, correspondence and email documents
  5. Produce reports, including collation and distribution of Exec papers
  6. Planning and organisation of meetings and events
  7. Attendance of meetings and minute taking
  8. To work as an essential and trusted member of a united EA team, empowering others by providing reliable support and stepping in seamlessly as and when needed
  9. To maintain confidentiality, discretion and professionalism at all times
Technical Skills:
  1. Time management skills – the ability to plan and prioritise workload and work on own initiative
  2. Excellent administrative skills – with the ability to organise and work to tight deadlines
  3. Excellent attention to detail, be right first time and highly efficient
  4. Good communication and interpersonal skills at all levels
  5. Sound decision making skills
  6. Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
  7. Flexibility and resilience
  8. An excellent command of the English Language/grammar
  9. Experience of meeting attendance/minute taking would be beneficial as would experience in planning and co-ordination of meetings/conferences
  10. The ability to effectively manage internal/external customer’s expectations
  11. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
