We're looking for a trusted professional to partner closely with our Chief Financial Officer in a permanent opportunity. Play a pivotal part in shaping the daily rhythm of our CFO through delivering seamless executive support through discreet, high-level administrative services. Your Role in Action

  • Support our CFO by delivering seamless, confidential executive and administrative support with professionalism and discretion.
  • Safeguard sensitive information while managing communications and documents with the utmost confidentiality.
  • Build strong internal and external relationships, creating a positive and service-focused experience for every interaction.
  • Take full ownership of calendar management, meetings, and briefings - ensuring the CFO is always prepared, informed, and running on time.
  • Create polished reports, presentations, correspondence, and documentation that reflect the high standards of executive leadership.
  • Support key committees and management teams with top-tier administrative coordination and meeting facilitation.
  • Assist in preparing and tracking business performance reports, KPIs, and critical deadlines - ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • A strong track record in executive or personal assistant roles, with experience supporting senior leaders in fast-paced, high-responsibility environments.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint with the ability to ensure polished, executive-level documents, reports, and presentations.
  • A proactive mindset and a positive, solutions-focused approach to supporting leadership and anticipating their needs.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional administrative and secretarial support - always professional, responsive, and service-oriented.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently at all levels.
  • A values-led work ethic, demonstrating integrity, discretion, and a commitment to high standards in everything you do.
  • Previous experience supporting a C-suite executive is highly desirable, but not essential - we value capability, potential, and the right attitude.
