A Brighton-based government agency is looking for an Executive Assistant to join the team on a permanent basis. This is a hybrid role, working 1-2 days/week in the office. Supporting the CPO, you will assist with day-to-day administration and prioritisation of tasks. You will develop and build strong working relationships and be the go-to person for all process and procedure enquiries. Key duties include:

  1. Diary management
  2. Scheduling meetings and booking meeting rooms
  3. Preparing agendas, presentations, and documents
  4. Taking minutes
  5. Stakeholder management
  6. Travel and accommodation bookings within the budget requirements

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have previously worked as a PA or EA with experience in diary and inbox management, taking meeting minutes, and stakeholder management. Experience supporting at C-Suite level is required. Strong organisation, planning, and prioritisation skills are essential. Experience within a regulated environment is beneficial but not necessary. You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to liaise confidently with senior staff members.
