Location: Borehamwood, WD6 1JD
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 per annum + Excellent Benefits!
Contract: Full time, permanent.

Executive Assistant – About the role:

We are now recruiting for an Executive Assistant to assume responsibility for:

  • Running regular stand-ups and ensure briefing items are prepared
  • Tracking senior leadership availability and designated “Lifeguards” for teams
  • Managing the Escalations queue, overseeing the lifecycle from triage to resolution
  • Scheduling relevant attendees for stand-ups and ensure necessary preparation is completed
  • Attending meetings if required, taking notes, identifying follow-up actions, and ensuring completion
  • Assisting with general office matters and act as a senior point of contact for day-to-day issues
  • Taking ownership of technical issues, ensuring the right people are involved and clear communication is maintained
  • Connecting teams and facilitating resolution for cross-team issues
  • Managing inboxes and calendars for directors
  • Arranging ‘clinic’ timeslots for directors/seniors to engage with the wider team
  • Working independently or with a Project Manager to keep timelines and deliverables on track
  • Holding stakeholders accountable and support R&D task management
  • Building strong relationships with key partner contacts
  • Serving as the primary contact for vendor questions, major issues, and escalations
  • Supporting internal knowledge-building and assist with vendor-related commercial matters

What we need from you:

You should have at least 5 years’ of experience in a similar Executive Assistant role with the ability to demonstrate excellent organisational skills, alongside:

  • Discretion & confidentiality are a must
  • Be proactive and a problem solver
  • Be able to work quickly and multi-task where required
  • Be fully proficient in Microsoft Office, strong Excel skills would be a bonus
  • Be interested in technology and learning the business functions
  • Experience working in a fast-paced business
  • Experience in Project Management would be beneficial
