Industry: Care Sector & Healthtech

About the Role: Are you an organised, proactive professional with the ability to manage multiple priorities? We are seeking a dynamic and solutions-focused Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a rapidly growing care company and innovative healthtech startup. This is not your traditional EA role; you'll be the operational anchor, ensuring smooth execution across our expanding 125-strong team and two thriving enterprises.

Key Responsibilities:

  • CEO Support: Act as the CEO’s right hand by managing the calendar, prioritising time, preparing for meetings, and following up with precision.
  • Action Management: Ensure all agreed actions across the business are executed, holding teams to account respectfully and effectively.
  • Process Development: Support the build and rollout of Standard Operating Procedures across the business to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Meeting Support: Attend leadership and strategy meetings, documenting key decisions and ensuring that they are delivered across departments.
  • Cross-Department Liaison: Liaise with teams at all levels, leveraging our accountability chart structure.
  • Personal Admin Support: Assist with key personal administrative tasks that overlap with business operations.
  • Coordination: Work across both the care organisation and the in-house software company, ensuring alignment and efficiency.
  • Site Visits: Be present at the head office and various sites regularly

About You:

  • Organised and Proactive: You’re always two steps ahead, managing priorities with ease.
  • Strong Communicator: You can articulate clearly and confidently to all levels of seniority within the organisation.
  • Regulated Environment: Comfortable working in a regulated sector, adhering to high standards.
  • Fast-Paced Experience: Thrive in fast-moving, multi-layered organisations where change is constant.
  • Firm and Professional: Not afraid to chase, challenge, or clarify when needed while maintaining professionalism and respect.
  • Tech-Savvy: Process-oriented with the ability to quickly learn and utilise technology in supporting senior leaders.
  • Graduate calibre: Your written and verbal communication will be of the highest standard.

Nice to Have:

  • Background in Care/Health/Regulated Sectors: Experience in the care or health sectors would be a plus.
  • Project Management or Operations Experience: Previous exposure to managing projects or operations in a dynamic environment.

If you are looking for a challenging and rewarding role with the opportunity to have a direct impact on the success of a growing company, we would love to hear from you!
