A leading banking institution seeks an experienced Executive Assistant in Birmingham to support two MDs. Responsibilities include managing diaries, organizing meetings, and stakeholder management. UK Lending is a team within UK Commercial Banking (UK CMB), supporting frontline colleagues in the distribution of the products we design and maintain, to meet the needs of our customers from Small & Medium Enterprise through to Large Corporates. It is responsible for delivery of a great client experience and growth by constantly improving the end-to-end journey for lending including design, build, marketing, provision maintenance, regulatory risk, Operational Resilience and performance.

We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Executive Assistant supporting two MDs. This role is a job share (0.6FTE) where the successful candidate will undertake the role with another 0.6FTE. Colleagues will overlap 1 day to ensure seamless coverage and handover.
