Job description

Executive Assistant to Managing Director & SLT
Nottinghamshire
£34,000 - £40,000 + benefits, Hybrid working

Are you an experienced, resilient, and proactive Executive Assistant ready for your next challenge? We're recruiting on behalf of a growing, multifaceted organisation that operates in both publicly funded and commercially driven spaces. This is a pivotal and rewarding opportunity to support a dynamic Managing Director and a wider Senior Leadership Team of five.

The Role:
You'll provide high-level executive support to a busy and varied leadership team. While initially MD-focused, the role will evolve as you build trust with other leaders across the organisation. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Complex diary and inbox management
  • Preparing and distributing board meeting papers
  • Taking and typing up board minutes
  • Prioritising tasks and handling sensitive information confidentially
  • Coordinating monthly SLT meetings, including forward-planning and booking efficiencies
  • Acting as the go-to support for an MD who is high-paced, direct, and results-driven - you'll need to be confident, resilient and not afraid to make suggestions or improvements

About You:

  • Proven experience as a PA/EA at senior level
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Able to manage changing priorities and multiple stakeholder demands
  • Resilient, professional, and calm under pressure - someone who can handle strong personalities without taking things personally
  • Proactive with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and familiar with hybrid working environments

What's on Offer:

  • Salary £34,000 - £40,000 depending on experience
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays (option to buy more)
  • Company pension scheme
  • Employee perks and wellbeing programme (EAP)
  • On-site parking available
  • Hybrid working - no fixed pattern, but flexibility offered depending on business needs

Please note, due to the nature of the role and need to be on-site when senior leadership are present, flexibility is essential. Some weeks may be fully on-site; others may allow for hybrid/home-based days.

If you're an experienced EA looking for an exciting new challenge, then please apply today for immediate consideration.
