Are you a proactive, highly organised Executive Assistant looking to make a real impact? Our client is dynamic, high-growth organisation, seeking a talented EA to support their Group CEO.
This is a high-visibility, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You’ll be at the heart of strategic decision-making, working closely with our CEO and key stakeholders across the business.
What the role will entail:
Manage the CEO’s diary, emails, meetings, and travel to keep everything running smoothly
Coordinate board meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and track action items
Act as a liaison between the CEO and clients, investors, and internal teams
Draft and manage communications, presentations, and reports
Support cross-functional teams in delivering business priorities
Collaborate with other PAs and contribute to team development
Maintain strict confidentiality in all matters
Experience required:
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Confident working with executive stakeholders and investors
Experience producing board materials and handling sensitive information
High proficiency in Microsoft Office
A calm, resourceful approach—even under pressure
A flexible, can-do attitude with a sharp eye for detail
