The Residential Property team is now seeking an Executive Administrator with residential conveyancing experience for our Southport office.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organization and time management skills, providing accurate, timely, and professional administrative support to ensure team compliance and excellent client service. Strong IT skills are essential due to operating a Case Management System. We seek a confident communicator with keen attention to detail, capable of working in a busy environment.

Typical duties include:

  • Managing all department files (hard copy and SOS), including matter opening, ID checks, closing, archiving, and data updates
  • Producing and filing documents, copies, and scans
  • Ensuring file compliance with regulatory standards and office procedures
  • Managing billing processes and liaising with Finance
  • Preparing contracts, SDLT, and Land Registry applications
  • Drafting documents for clients under supervision
  • Maintaining and updating the case management system
  • Handling team telephone calls
  • Participating in operational reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
