Role

We are seeking a professional, proactive, highly organised, and motivated administrator to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the executive management team, providing comprehensive, responsive and efficient support while also demonstrating the ability to work independently and manage your own workload. You will need excellent communication skills, with the capacity to handle urgent executive matters, take initiative and make appropriate low-level decisions as required. A key part of the role involves supporting the executive team in delivering on key priorities by liaising confidently with both internal and external stakeholders, using strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective working relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain a complex diary for the executive team, ensuring that actions are followed up promptly.
  • Booking meetings and catering when required, arranging travel and accommodation, taking accurate minutes in meetings, circulating edited versions to the relevant people and ensuring that post-meeting actions are completed.
  • Collate complex month-end reports, undertake event or project management on behalf of the executive team, and provide general organisational support to ensure the smooth running of the department.
Qualifications
  • Strong organisational skills, adaptability and the ability to provide high-quality, professional administrative support that is timely, accurate and discreet.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams; ability to prepare meetings and presentations, take accurate minutes, track actions and work effectively under pressure.
  • Experience in a similar role such as PA or secretarial support; highly confident IT skills; excellent written and verbal communication abilities; ability to work collaboratively and independently.
Salary and Benefits

In return, we can offer an attractive base salary of £28-£30k, 25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays, a 5% employer pension contribution and Medicash.
