Job description

Summary:

Meta is seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Partner to support up to 3 directors in the Meta leadership team. The person in this role will need to be a problem-solver and an organizational force given complex calendaring and heavy travel planning. Additionally, you will be resourceful in building relationships across the larger Meta ecosystem. This position is full-time.

Required Skills:

Executive Administrative Partner Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate internal and external meetings

  2. Manage complex calendar set-up and movement

  3. Prepare expense reports and purchase requisitions

  4. Coordinate both domestic and international travel arrangements

  5. Organize space planning, strategic offsite events and team all-hands meetings

  6. Build cross-functional relationships between departments

  7. Partner closely with organization lead admins

  8. Communicate key organization and company updates to admins and cross functional partners

  9. General office duties as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 4+ years of relevant experience providing administrative support to one or more executives

  2. 4+ years of relevant experience coordinating travel logistics on behalf of one or more executives

  3. 4+ years of relevant calendar management and expense report management experience for 1 or more executives

  4. Experience prioritizing multiple projects

  5. Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite

  2. Experience driving strategic projects and events at a strategic level

  3. Experience maintaining confidentiality and discretion in all partnerships

  4. Experience supporting tech functions at a large scale tech company

  5. Experience working with experienced leaders, both within and outside of the company

  6. Experience managing complex calendars with international travel schedules

  7. Experience working with business-leads or chiefs-of-staff to run business operations

  8. Experience of prioritizing your workload effectively, successfully managing your time and stakeholders, to achieve your goals

  9. Demonstrated project management and change management experience

  10. Consulting, coaching and facilitation skills
