Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accounting documents, statement and records accurately;
- Daily Collection (Cash & Cheque) and daily Cash Deposit at Bank.
- Cheque deposit at Bank according to Scheduled date, credit monitoring and realization.
- Party Ledger Reconciliation and maintaining Petty Cash.
- Billing, Confirmation Product delivery, Confirmation T.T and preparing Monthly Expenditure Sheet and reporting to HO.
- Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas and constantly update job knowledge.
- Clients Ledger Reconciliation and to maintain Credit database report.
- Maintain Credit Policy Strictly and Handle Credit Controls & Administration Duties.
- Preparing recovery/non-moving parties list by using nonmoving party`s sales vs. collection report.
- Ensure Confidentiality Of Credit Operations Documents.
- Perform any other relevant duties assigned by the supervisor
