Job description
Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain accounting documents, statement and records accurately;
  • Daily Collection (Cash & Cheque) and daily Cash Deposit at Bank.
  • Cheque deposit at Bank according to Scheduled date, credit monitoring and realization.
  • Party Ledger Reconciliation and maintaining Petty Cash.
  • Billing, Confirmation Product delivery, Confirmation T.T and preparing Monthly Expenditure Sheet and reporting to HO.
  • Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas and constantly update job knowledge.
  • Clients Ledger Reconciliation and to maintain Credit database report.
  • Maintain Credit Policy Strictly and Handle Credit Controls & Administration Duties.
  • Preparing recovery/non-moving parties list by using nonmoving party`s sales vs. collection report.
  • Ensure Confidentiality Of Credit Operations Documents.
  • Perform any other relevant duties assigned by the supervisor
