Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accounts, including cash/bank transactions, receipts/payments, fund flow, stock records, and trial balance.
- Record and update all accounting data accurately and on time.
- Conduct timely bank and party payment reconciliations.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, yearly).
- Monitor daily accounts operations and ensure proper documentation.
- Support budgeting, financial planning, and product costing with management approval.
- Check DO (Delivery Order) rates, credit control, and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Verify work orders with management approval.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by higher authority.
